Vortex Micro 3X magnifier opinion

I’m debating between this and eotech G45 to have more magnification.

The price is making me lean toward the micro 3x

If you are deciding between 3x and 5x I would mostly consider the field of view needed. I prefer lower magnification and larger field of view.
