A couple years ago, a city councilman here in corpus found a box of 12 gauge bird loads in his garage. He freaked out and called the police, and they had to come out and retrieve it, and open an investigation on why there was "loaded shotgun bullets" (I'm still looking for that news report but that is word for word how the "reporter" described it).
