Warehouse robery video. This guy keeps his cool when the robber keeps getting up . The 911 overator screws everything up

I love the fact that the 911 operator assumed the business owner had his gun to the intruder's head. Unbelievable!
He showed incredible restraint. I would've shot him when he started advancing towards me.

Ray, If the man got up and advanced toward me I think I would have been in fear for my life and shot.
That guy must have been on something.

That's the defense I would use and I'd have the video evidence to prove it. Then I'd have the 911 operator fired!
