Perhaps the law did not reduce shootings because it did not SPECIFICALLY forbid the use of them during road rage incidents.

Criminals like to carefully read each law and then look for loopholes to exploit.

I was born and spent my childhood in Mukilteo. Washington is now reflecting the same commie tendencies as California. What a shame for such a beautiful place.
