No resolutions for me, buy several goals.
The ones that'll talk but aren't super likely right away is to get back into a good workout routine (put on way too much fat after getting out) and to eventually stop dipping (quit smoking about 2 years ago).
The ones that aren't really resolutions but goals that I'm serious about, becoming a home owner and going back to school.

That's a conflict of interest
Not when I'm gonna be working full time during the day and going to night classes 4 days a week paid for by the VA. Stressful yes, full plate yes, busy as hell yes, conflict nah.

That reminds me, I'd like to get at least one NRA certification this year and hopefully finally become a life member.

My New Year's resolution is 5760x1080.
I'll probably start small with something like taking over the world. In all seriousness, I don't like resolutions and try to just live my life how I wish or feel is best each day. I need to work on improving everyday and all year.

Don't let anyone tell you that GPA doesn't matter. The one's who SAY that .....................do not have a 4.0! It says a LOT about you! I rattled many bosses out of their chairs with a 4.0 GPA on my Masters. They knew I was not to be F'ed with!
Now.......My resolutions:
Lose some weight. Not a lot. Maybe 20 pounds.
Keep teaching at the local Community College.
Schedule MUCH more range time- pistol, rifle and trap. Reloading will keep me in ammo.
Continue with my NO Females policy. Friends- OK. Lovers- HELL NO! This has worked out great for me!
Keep training my little dog Jake as a companion.
Ride the Harley several times per week.
Keep cooking and stay out of restaurants.
Get back into canoeing.
Stay politically active.
Get back on the bicycles.
That should do it!

GPA is less important than many other factors. But of course shoot for a high GPA.
