Are they .400 Legend work ups?

They are right at 10mm at the mouth and 50.5mm long.

The mouth seems to be rolled/crimped in just a bit.

Good question. I thought 308 blanks at first but there's no chamber taper where a shoulder should be.

I think I found what it is. .308 shot in a .30-06 chamber.
