I really despise gun writers who try to convince folks that the piece of junk they are testing is a great firearm. People who quote these same writers are annoying too.

Can I keep the 3rd Division decal on my truck? I chose it because it offers no clue about what it means and only another Marine will know. I took off the S/F decal after it became socially acceptable to have been in VN and every TD&H claimed to have been there but failed the first question quiz.

Grendel doesn’t get much love anyway. Kinda like a misunderstood stepchild. Personally it is my favorite in the 6.5 bore guns.

The 6.5 Grendel is still top of the list imo in alternative ar15 cartridges. 7.62x39 is probably my favorite cartridge. It is to this day imo the best choice for an intermediate round. Capacity, energy, cost, and good enough accuracy to get the job done. But unlike 6.8 or 25-45 sharpes, the 6.5 Grendel offers great things for reduced capacity.

In some reviews even steel cases Grendel was shooting good. Cold bore shots...but still.
