Well, I guess I'll have to eat my words. I sold the S&W Centennial Pre Model 40. It was more of a collector and I didn't want to shoot it. I got tired of looking at it, then putting it back in the safe. No more collectors for me. I took the funds (plus some) and bought a 1995 S&W 686-4 2.5"and 1994 S&W 66-4 2.5". The 686 has the smoothest single action pull. No regrets!

Recently picked up one of the nicest Israeli K98s I've seen, and a Chinese Tokarev.
These newer imported Tokarevs are imported with a Glock style trigger safety, as opposed to the older frame mounted (drilled) safety.
Bought a surplus trigger online and swapped out.
Probably one of the best C&R pistol deals right now, hard part is finding the ammo.

Now I need one of those. I have a bolt action .223 that uses AR mags and a bolt action that is 7.62x51 NATO and now I have to have this for my AK47 and AR47. Man. Beautiful gun too!

CZ 527 chambered in 7.62x39. Why? Because it's beautiful, and Russian/surplus ammo is still cheap so I can afford to shoot it when I want.

I’ve watched a bunch of reviews on that gun and every one of them says it’s a tack driver. I was hesitant to get a bolt action in either .223 or 7.62X39, because I’ve already got semi autos in those calibers, but I’ve come around for sure, and my next bolt action rifle will be in 7.62X39.
