A little late but Just picked up a 1980 SP1 with original Colt 3x scope last week…

Sig P239 .40SW I acquired in trade for a P320 XCompact in .40SW. Slide shows some love marks from being carried but otherwise I'm very happy. Two tone is my favorite and I think I traded up... polymer striker to a classic DA/SA. Officially now, the only striker I own is a P365. I think I need to do something about that, ha!

That is a real nice looking pistol.

I have wanted that particular model in .357 SIG. I didn’t know they came 2 tone like yours.

Thank you sir. I've seen a two-tone SAS version with the stainless slide and all nitron black frame and controls. Have not seen two-tone with the stainless controls before. I really lucked out with this trade, especially coming from a TGTrader. The dude said he used to be a sig dealer and had all kinds of nice Sigs and fortunately, he was a .357 SIG guy too and so the P320 .40S&W I traded him made it easy for him to drop a .357 SIG barrel into the slide. There's some wear to the finish on the slide from being carried which I want to take to my local guy and see what, if anything, can be done about it. I traded the Crimson Trace grips for a brand new set of G10 grips.

Got the lower at lunch and the slide was on my porch yesterday. I really like the grip texture. My wife also really liked it, so a g19 size is coming for her.

The grock will probably just get a TLR-7 and maybe some nicer sights.

I guess I can finally file this one under gun instead of gun stuff lol. My first AR build is finally functional. Needs a few things to be complete, optic, Ambi stuff, handstop, light etc. But otherwise she’s good to go and feels about half the weight of my MK9. Tested it at the range yesterday. Through about 150rds had 3 light strikes. Investigation revealed that the idiot that assembled it put the hammer spring in the wrong way….. Fixed and flawless after that.

Usual parts list. Aero lower kit with H buffer, hyper fire trigger, expo bcg, basic charging handle, birdcage muzzle, cmt gas block, BA pencil barrel with mid length system, magpul furniture, Cmmg receivers and 15” rail with matching cerakote.

DPMS LR308…24” bull barrel and slick upper....I have an extra Magpul PRS stock in the closet that I will install, then I need to look further in that wonderful closet and see what scope I can find…lol. Came with a CMC 3 1/2# single stage trigger installed….

Good ol mossberg 500 20ga field model. Pawn shop had it for $239. Not a bad price and I didn’t have a shotgun laying around yet so now I have a shotgun laying around. Not gonna be doing any white wing with it, at least this year. She’ll see some orange wing on Friday though . No pic. If you’ve seen one you’ve seen em all lol.

Also, last trip to the range we stumbled on some unfired 45acp freedom seeds on the ground. No, I won’t fire them. However, this morning I planted one in the garden and I have a feeling something is gonna grow by mid next week. So we’ll see the harvest hopefully soon enough. To be continued.

These came in over a week ago and I've been trying to get down to the FFL since tuesday to pick them up and shoot them. Left work early and finally got some time in. I haven't shot 45 in 2-3 years and I still shoot it better than 9mm, which I train with regularly. I may have to switch back to 45.
