I went with this from primary, I get them at cost so I figured I’d give them a try.

Sixty boxes, 1,200 rounds, of Norinco brass cased 223

Four boxes, 100 rds., of Hot Shot 7.62 Nagant

One box, 20 rds, of Winchester 32-40 WIN, 165 gr. SP ammo, John Wayne conmemrative.

Two magazines for the Henry U.S. Survival Rifle.

That is all, for yesterday. All purchased from the Hessney Auction Co., I bid on those lots & a few others and headed to my son's place for the weekend. I did not expect to have the high bids on any of those lots. It was quite the surprise when I checked a little bit ago to find I just spent more money on gun stuff but was a good surprise.

Not a penny on gun stuff today but about $350 at COSTCO mostly on groceries, including stuff for Thanksgiving and that did not include the bird. We picked up a small, 12 pound, frozen Butterball Turkey at Walmart for $1.18 per pound; COSTCO wanted over $3 per pound for frozen turkeys!

Now thatI think of iot it might have been a lot less expensive to buy a box of shells and shoot a turkey; then again, a box of Remington Longrange 12 gauge shells, 34 shot, cost more than the turkey at $19 in Wally World. I did buy two boxes if them a few days ago and gave them to my son for a planned pheasant hunt.

Accu-Tac bipod today at the Precision Shooting Expo.
    Which one?

I picked up an Accu-Tac FC-4 G2 not too long ago. I need to add it to my bipod review thread.

It's nice being able to put your hands on them before spending that kind of money. Scheel's in The Colony has a good selection and I couldn't resist the temptation.
