Most likely it's the National Shooting Complex over on 471/Culebra just outside of where 1560 meets it. I live in the same area, and on certain days you can hear them shooting skeet and clays...

so they are now open to the public on certain dates? did I read that right or do you have to be a member and then the open dates are when you can just show up and shoot?

+1, I'm here at 1560 and braun and can hear them in the mornings on the weekends.
