When is Abbott to sign HB910 and SB11?

Just heard Abbott will sign both carry bills this Saturday in a private ceremony. Invitation only...we will see.

Campus carry has already been signed into law. I was expecting him to sign both on the same day but that did not happen. I have not been able to find any clue on when or where he plans on signing open carry. They are being pretty hush hush on it.

Talked to his office on Friday, was told on the 11th. That's all she would say. Looks like he will be signing several key bills the day.
