The DNC is dealing with some complex calculus here.

It's kind of a conundrum. Many on the left want him out, but nobody wants Kamala. I do believe this will be an excuse to take him out of the campaign. The emperor has no cloths, but they'll scream he's fully dressed until it comes close to the election, at which point Kamala will become a lame duck president.
