Interesting ITB setup. Bet that sounds amazing.

Not as performance cars, obviously, but I always thought the first two generations were pretty and would make nice cruisers. I was influenced by a guy in my home town when I was a kid. He drove a well-used 1957. I think it was the only major asset he had to his name. It was the first time I remember thinking "Well, yeah, he's really old but he's cool, too." As an adult, I realize he was probably no older than 50 but that doesn't change the fact that the car made a real impression on teenaged me.63 to 67 were the only Vettes, that I would ever consider owning.
I wouldn't decline a nice 6263 to 67 were the only Vettes, that I would ever consider owning.
Only if I could get it at a good price as an investment. I just never liked the looks of them.I wouldn't decline a nice 62
I think those are very pretty and I'd love to have one as just an art object. However, a 67 with a 427 Tripower, would be a real prize!
Shud'a took a picture.Around 1969 I had 56 Chevy, 283 bored out with a truck rear end. Flat black paint, never put it on the road, just did burnouts till I spun the bearings.
Right, in those days picture taking wasn't a priority. Wish I had pics of all my cars, there was quite a few.Shud'a took a picture.

<>I took this picture at a restaurant in Comfort some years back. The camera quality (Treo smart phone) doesn’t do justice to how good it looked. Paint was excellent. Someone on another forum said they thought these were old railroad service trucks.
