Midway has had 357 and 45's on back order for some time now. Is there a shortage of bullets?

Yes and no. It depends on what you're looking for? .223, .308 and some .45 ACP and 9mm jacketed bullets were scarce there for a while, but most places I've looked have them in stock again. I have not had any problems getting the .45 ACP lead bullets I use for Bullseye matches. Our local WalMart carries reloading supplies and he has quite a few different bullets for rifle and pistol in stock now.

    They're probably swamped with backorders.

I'm reloading my carry stuff. I am aware that's supposed to be a "no,no", but I have been testing them pretty religiously, and mine seem to be as good, or better, than theirs.
