Then select 'New Posts'..

And voilà!

I got it. Before you hit home and then new posts, now you hit forums and new posts. A great improvement. I will eventually learn it, maybe. Like muscle memory.

Copy the link at 'What's New' (https://www.texasguntalk.com/whats-new/) and use that as your bookmark for this page. It will load the new posts up automatically!

To get a notification like that means that at one time you replied to each one, or manually marked it to be watched.

It's under 'Preferences' on your account, just click on your user name in the upper righthand corner and uncheck 'Automatically watch content you interact with...' and/or 'receive email notifications'...

Don't forget to 'Save' your changes otherwise they won't take.

And yes, I do realize I have an unread message, I saw the content in my email notification and just haven't replied yet...

This ^^^^^ is what I get when I get here and have been since I've been a member.
It also shows my alerts and I just click on that and, presto, here I am.
