SO after over a month of searching and battling with Microsoft about fall creators failing at 75-81% and to the point of the next step was a fresh install and that sucks with my work computer and the programs that are on it.
I found an obscure post that said if you have an Anatel wifi card <it comes in Asus boxes> remove the card then download and update to the latest windows 10 ver.
Worked like a charm after days of coming into a black screen and having the computer roll back to the old ver of 10.
I have not reinstalled the card yet but posts say after the install you can re install the card and be fine.
So for anyone else banging there head on the wall with trying to fix the update rejoice the fix is simple or at least it is if this is your problem.
