I’ve seen many hot air balloonists and all were in multicolored balloons in groups followed by spotter vehicles. This story has a foul odor and in view of recent events I am suspect of the truth.

    Out here by the lake!
While in college the wife worked at a 1 hour photo place in Alameda Mall. The FFA use to bring in the investigation film for developing. One roll was of a hot air ballon that hit high tension power lines. My brother worked as a lineman & seen a guy get killed on high tension lines. What he described & what she described were exactly the same thing eye balls blown out, the exit of the electricity blowing a foot off, plastic frames of glasses melting & clothes fusing to the body.
