I once knew an auto parts delivery guy who was held at the gate for over an hour at Reese AFB (BRAC defunct). When he complained that he had a time limit to deliver the parts to the base auto hobby shop while pointing with his writing pen at the order sheet the gate guard had him arrested for making threatening motions with his ink pen... while the guards had side arms and shotguns. He was released with no charges but lost his job anyway. Hooray for the gate guard and hooray to the delivery guy's a-hole boss.
