WTB or WTT- AR Upper, cheap is great, just something that works

Im dying to shoot AR's again and am dealing with some serious medical problems and its eating up any funds i have but at the same time im sick of being miserable sick at home and never getting outside and standing too long shooting pistols takes its toll very quickly so im looking to shoot rifles where i can sit and shoot.

I have one of those super cheap Plum Crazy polymer lowers but no upper. With or without BCG is fine, i can find one of those later i guess if need be.
