I'd like to buy a stripped, forged AR-15 lower in new/like new condition. I usually do not care what roll mark is on the lower since they're all made by several large companies, unless I've heard or seen a lot of issues with certain manufacturer's who take care of the final finishing (i.e. Roggio Arsenal for one). I want to pay cash for it, keep it as local as possible travel-wise (live in Sugar Land, work in Med Center, and go to school in Downtown Houston), and I am willing to produce my TX DL and Texas CHL as proof that I'm not a criminal and capable of owning such a receiver, however I'm not comfortable with signing bill of sales/copying down any of my information out of personal preference.
