I know there are a few audio geeks on the site…
I bought this, but the little piece of plastic that holds the toslink cable broke, so the cable falls out.
The company sent me a new one and they don’t want the old one back.
The toslink cable issue easily remedied with a piece of electrical tape to hold it in. Or if you use the mini jack output, there’s no issue.
It’s a nice little unit and will output 48khz/16-bit audio, which is uncompressed CD quality.
They sell for around $100.
Shoot me $10 for shipping and it’s yours.
You’ll need a USB-C cable for power (I needed it so I took the one it came with), and a toslink cable if you want digital-out to an external DAC. You can get both for around $10 on Amazon.
