What , if anything , comes with it ; magazine ,original box , or manual ?

It comes with Ruger 5 round mag and unknown mfg 20 rd mag which was reliable the few times i've used it. Also comes with a Sling. I don't know if I have the manual but it can be downloaded from Ruger. No box but I'll include a Allen Ruger 10/22 case.
