Non Texas residents without a Texas ID or DL can't buy handguns through an FFL in Texas........without having it shipped to another FFL in their home State.....

I said one day. I will likely be moving back to Texas around June. Either way, I'm happy to have stirred up some debate and conversation. It may make me less likely to be a scammer down the road? Maybe? Lol

I didn't read anybody say someone is a scammer. Just an unknown.
I suggested a notarized BOS just because it will put off a scammer. And probably kill a deal the OP seems not to want to complete anyway.

Have it sent to a FFL in your state(buyers), the seller can have their own FFL ship it if it feels safer to them, or I believe that an individual can legally ship one directly to an out of state FFL, just like they were sending it in for repairs. That way you meet all federal regs
