I would suggest a safety man or two on the set. Works pretty well in the oilfield and that is a dang sight more dangerous than a hollywood set, well, unless Alec Baldwin is around anyway!

There were already rules and regulations that have served the industry well.

This production chose to not follow established rules and practices.

More rules for people to ignore will not change anything.
