Betty Boop, Tailspin, Adventures of the Gummi Bears, Smurfs, Bugs Bunny and Care Bears
Growing up as a kid in L.A. in the 60s and early 70s, The Three Stooges was on every day after school, followed by Speed Racer, on Channel 54 (UHF). Little Rascals too.
When a kid, my favorites were Bugs Bunny, Road Runner, and Yosemite Sam.
Later cam Fritz the Cat and Max Headroom. (Both best when in an altered state of mind)
Now, when older, I would say King of the Hill and South Park if in the mood for cartoons at all.
When in my 20s through 40s and dating women with kids of various ages, I noticed something about the "oldies" which I believe was intentional, but I may be wrong. It seems to me that there were 3 levels of entertainment.
1. The animation occupied the very young and toddlers.
2. There was an actual story line that made the toddlers, and up a little, have to think to get it. A moral to the story so to speak.
3. There was a little bit of adult humor thrown in for the supervising adults. Sometimes even touching upon sexual innuendo
Now it seems to go from Tela Tubbies, to Sesame Street and some "woke" super heros out to save the planet.
