If you or anyone doubt the Feds. long term goal of controlling every molecule of water AND air we may come in contact with, IMO you are incredibly optimistic. Or naive.

I see these types of actions more as a way to destroy private property for most people. Private property, or at least a one person's sole control over it, is a big no-no in the Socialist Utopia the Progressives are looking to build here.
