Got a second ride in tonight

Did about 10mi on the mountain bike tuesday evening. It was hot, but didnt feel bad. I would have dont nore, but was short on sleep and took a nap then extended ut when I should have left for the ride, but I short cut them about an hour into their loop and finished.

I find that even if it's hot and I'm riding, if I'm moving it's not bad, it's when you stop.

Another 14 mile ride yesterday in the heat but wasn't bad through Cullen Park. Then like an idiot fell off my bike while looking at a helicopter flying by. I needed some Bactine for my knee.

Are you using any clips of any sort?

I think a recumbent would be cool. I’ve tried a 2 wheel recumbent. I’ve seen 3 wheelers too.
