I was just about to say that. Kinda like a alcohol sales - they don't have to sell to anyone.
I'd like to hear input from people who actually work at gun stores (I don't) to hear their thoughts on that.

After killing that little girl, this guy will get the Jeffrey Dahmer treatment in prison sooner or later.....that is assuming he doesn't get the death penalty. I'd be happy to volunteer to push the plunger myself, and sleep like a baby that same night.

i know i refuse service from time to time when i dont like somone's looks.

some people get bent out of shape about it. but i honestly couldn't care less.

for instance, i recognized a lady that on her last stay here, called the cops out because we didnt have any bagels. she came looking for a room a month or two later, "sorry ma'am i don't have anything available for you, yes i know the parking lot is empty, yes i do have alot of open rooms. i said i dont have any thing available for you"

I was once at a Gun Show and some guys were dickering with a dealer, I seem to recall they were Mexicans. The dealer finally said that he would not sell to them. They asked why, he didn't give a reason.

That's not to say they didn't move down to another table.
