It's hardly a secret, it's been going on for over a year. It's public on the Homeland Security site. The article over-simplifies and mis-characterizes (surprise!) what's really going on. For one, the numbers cited are the limits, not the actual number, which is far lower. Plus there's all kinds of restrictions. It's limited to four countries under a humanitarian program. Haiti, Cuba, Venezuela, Nicaragua. They need sponsors yada yada yada.....

But yeah, they're doing it. Not a fan.
