There was so much more to the original rant, but since it has ended up as a tailgating rant, I will say this. If you are going to pass someone, great. Get out there and get it done and then get back over. No problem, that is the way that I drive. But it shouldnt take you 2 miles to pass someone. In that part of my rant, I was referring to the people that camp out in that lane and dont give a sh*t about anyone else on the road. Those people need to be taken out with a flamethrower. Its pretty simple. Right lane=speed limit. Left lane=passing. Be courteous.

dont know if anyone has noticed this but.....

if you are driving on a two-lane hiway, and I pull over to the shoulder because you are tailing me and want to pass and on-coming traffic is heavy, after passing, a freaking courtesy wave is expected .... this is Texas damnit....
