And that man comes on to tell me. How white my shirts can be. Well he can't be a man cause he doesn't smoke. The same cigarettes as me.
    I can't get no, oh no ...

Buncha BS crap if you ask me. Regulation just means taxation. They will probably ban internet sales, which means I will have to settle for the junk they sell in the one brick and mortar store in town.

Naaw. They won't disallow the web sales. You'll just have to fill out a form. Show six forms of ID, No school IDs are allowed though, and go through a twelve point background check. After, you have proven you have O' care.

One step closer to total control.

So, Vicodin, Adderall and Xanax should be in vending machines as cigarettes once were?

While we are at it Birth Control Pills should be in the school lunch line next to the apple pie.
That truly harmless product's deregulation actually may be sensible.

    Uh....
It's a societally appropriate needed step.
It's an intensely addictive drug that exhibits rapid tachyphylaxis.

    Yes. For the children.

These deeming regulations are about more than just prohibiting the sale of E-cigs to minors. Most states already have done that. The new regulations are more about government control of every aspect of the E-cig, lumping them into the same category as cigarettes and cigars. So they can tax them.

Btw, I have been using e-cigs for going on 6 years. Have not noticed any tachyphylaxis. E-cigs are not a bad thing. They have been demonized by the anti smokers, much like evil black guns have been demonized by anti gunners.

So can I safely assume that you're all for "sensible gun control" as a "societally appropriate needed step"? After all, they're designed only to kill.

I can't believe it took this long. Liquid nicotine is extremely dangerous, can be easily absorbed through the skin and cause some serious poisoning. But more important is the amount of e-liquid that's mixed up in the back room bottled and sold with little to no over sight as to what's really in it or any group verifying that the strengths listed are any where close to correct.

This is an example of a bubble that was created by a rush to market in an in regulated arena that is gonna burst. Had regulation been invited in and managed up front the initial boom would have been far less but far more sustainable

Hey.....as long as we're regulating legal products that could cause you harm, maybe we should send the extra TSA personnel to McDonald's to do obesity pat-downs. No fattys need those two "all-beef" patties, donchaknow......

.....hope that doesn't ruin your lunch plans.....
