Thr problem I have had with the tiny 380s is recoil and grip. Having a larger 380 like the EZ and 365 make them more pleasant to shoot than a lcp or something small like one.

Gee, I still have my PPK-S, gave another to my Son. They work well and are very easy to carry. But, even back when I shot a lot every week, I had a hard time hitting anything smaller than a warehouse with one !

The 365 in 9 is easy to shoot and control imo. The 365 may be considered a micro but it handles damn near a regular pistol imo. I don't see a reason for a 380 version from a shootability, is that a word, perspective. The most unpleasant pistol I have ever shot was a 5 shot AMT 380 backup that my dad use to carry in an ankle holster. That thing was f~○<!□¿ brutal to shoot. Not to say that a 365 in 380 would be bad to shoot. I just think the 365 in 9 is a great balance of size and shootability already.

Many of these.380's are intended for the Latin American markets.

Most "South of the Border" countries seem to have "cookie cutter" firearms laws.
Those usually prohibit anything in a "military" or "magnum"caliber.

Thus the great popularity of the .38 super, .380, etc.; and, of rifles in .270 & .243 Winchester.
