Got a load of material in this afternoon and built a parking pad
metal truck arrives at 8 am
Contractor brought his skid steer and lifts this afternoon
It's going down tomorrow

They built the beams today.. I cant believe he over designed this much but this is gonna be stout..
8 inch I beam for the span and columns
And the center span is 10"
He said in case I wanted to install a hoist on it , it would be extra strong

The more I see the more I realize I got a bargain for what he is doing

The shop will become my backyard fence on the east side of my home
The covered shop patio extension will open up into my back yard it's about 40 ft from my back porch

The columns are up and now the open span beams are all set.
The front 2 post are supports for the 20 foot roof extension
This is my covered parking
The center peak is going to almost 16 feet high from my guess
