    $0.30/round for aluminum ammo. Good grief. I don't mind waiting for my bullets from RMR for that insanity.

    Yep!! I just made my daily AM rounds and really couldn't find much to post in Good Deals. I wanted to be able to at least post something for a few calibers a day, but from what I'm seeing price wise, it's just really hard to post at the prices I found.

    However, if anyone is looking for something in particular or something at a specific price range, post here or PM me. I do a lot of window shopping every morning and throughout the day and I'm more then happy to help.

    I love seeing people suddenly realize there's a run on guns or ammo and they can't get what they want (or can't get it at the price they like). The time to stock up is when prices are down, and don't stock up for the next month, do it for the next year or more. Once WalMart stopped selling handgun ammo, the writing was on the wall; there's no competition for ammo and so the local stores can charge what they want. Even if Trump wins in November, the commiecrats are going to continue to try to drive up prices and ultimately take your guns. Private ownership of firearms is not compatible with socialism.

    +1 for SGAmmo also try Target Sports USA, of course they have squat right now. Back in the good 'ole days (6 months ago), at Target Sports, you could order on Monday and get it by the next Monday. Always had good luck with them.
    They must have something, they sent me an email to inform me they have sent me my mystery box of ammo due to my Prime membership with them.

    How's $26 a round? :roflfunny:https://www.ammunitiondepot.com/sbr-458-socom-500-grain-high-velocity-fmj-box-2.html

    Seriously, I'm seeing it for $1.25 and up. I have no idea what is an inflated price and what isn't with 458, but if you tell me what you are looking to spend round, factory, reman or either and I'll keep it in mind in my travels.

    I looked for myself and saw about the same prices. I haven't bought any for awhile but I got it for about $1.00 per round last year. It is an expensive round but I like it. Not going to spend a whole day plinking with it though. Have maybe 200 rds and some brass, need to reload for it.

    Probably some obscure caliber they couldn't sell :)
    Supposedly they base it on your purchases over the year of membership. I have bought various calibers but should see what they sent tomorrow. Scheduled for delivery then. With my luck though, it could wind up being a single box of Remington Thunderbolt 22 LR.

    Well, to say I am a little disappointed in what Target Sports USA thinks was a selection of ammo based on my order history over the past 11 months would be an understatement. They sent me 25 rounds of loose 7.62x39mm ammo (not even enough to fill one of the ten Magpul 30 rd mags I bought from them) in a plastic bag marked to say it was TULA brand. They also sent two boxes (50 rounds each) of Norma 22 LR ammo. There were also two stickers - one for TSP USA, another for Red Army Standard (why); a TSP USA key ring and fob; a double, double stack, 9mm ammo pouch; all in a 30 caliber ammo can. Yes, I ordered some 7.62x39 from them, in fact 500 rounds of it but that was brass cased not steel Russian crap. I did not order even a single round of 22 LR from them. What I did order was:

    22 Short, 1000 rds; 32 ACP, 50 rds; 380 auto, 250 rds; 9mm Luger, 1,000 rds; 38 Special JHP, 150 rds;
    38 Special JHP +P , 100 rds; 44 MAG, 80 rds; 45 ACP TMJ 1000 rds; 45 ACP JHP, 50 rds; 5.56/.223 ammo, brass cased, 1,500 rds; 7.62x39mm, 500 rds; 7mm Mauser, 80 rounds; 30-30 Win, 40 rds; 7.62x54R, 100 rds; 30-06 Sprg. 100 rds; 300 WIN Mag, 300 rds; 35 Remington, 200 rds, 12 gauge slug, 30 rds. All were brass cased.

    Now I know ammo is hard to come by during the current shortage and it is expensive now but the deal was they would send ammo (not ammo and junk) based on my purchase history. They did not keep up their end of the deal in my opinion. Still though, the Prime membership was worth it for the price I paid for ammo including free shipping on any and all amounts of ammo purchased not just cases. Yet, I am debating renewing my membership because they have so little in stock as to make it not worth the price of the membership. I mean, why bother renewing since they do not have ammo for me to buy right now? I can always renew at a later date.
