Measure 114, the controversial gun control law passed by voters by a narrow margin in November 2022 has again been ruled unconstitutional by Harney County Court Judge Robert Raschio....Oregon Attorney General Ellen Rosenblum plans to appeal the judge’s decision.

Pass law, court ruling, appeal, re-write law, court ruling, re-write law, rinse and repeat.

Oregon gun owners are breathing a little easier—unlike their colleagues north of the Columbia River—now that the Oregon Court of Appeals has decided not to override the ruling by Harney County Circuit Judge Robert Raschio that Measure 114 was unconstitutional last November.
