You underestimate the power of the film industry to whore out a completed story line with a poorly written sequel.

I’m certainly hoping for another season. Book two would be cool! And he is headed for Africa….
I just figured "terminal list" was the name of a book.

I didn't think season two of "terminal list" would be about a book (2) of a different name.
I figure they just do a totally different series, named after book 2.

Got it, and yes, you are right. Sorry, my mistake.

For the guns and gear geeks on this forum this video provides a description of most of the props used in the series. Before watching take a guess at how much the tomahawk costs.

The Winkler Sayoc is no longer available, but the similar RnD runs close to $900 if you buy it from WK.

If you find a Sayoc on the secondary market, value is determined buy the purchaser.

I liked it. Never read the books.

I was a kook Clancy fan. Only hunt for red October is close. Maybe Patriot games.

So I don’t read the books bc I don’t want to be disappointed.

800 bucks. It’s a custom. It looks legit.

    GS,

I looked up the Estwing tactical tomahawk you referenced.

Great reviews with a very reasonable cost of $42.00 as you specified.

A weapon just as good (maybe better) than the movie one, reveals the cost of the movie one to be...a ludicrous, 'collector' type cost.

I don't really expect to have to rely on it for hand-to-hand combat but it's from a trusted tool company.

As for the Winkler product, it's handcrafted of high-quality materials n\and if you've ever watched video of how much work crafting an an axe takes, you'd know they cost so much. Look up Gransfors Bruk bushcraft hatchets for an idea of a high-quality tool.

Are you buying for looks, craftmanship or functionality? Certainly if money is not the object, buy the best no matter the cost. Although I can save up to buy the best, would I use it as much? I tend to buy for craftmanship and functionality (in a price range I can somewhat easily afford). Buy the best I can that I will use most often, and while I don't want to lose it while using it, I can still buy another without breaking the bank.

I’ve got one hawk by Elmer Rousch. But I’d love to get my hands on those.
