    Was just searching,
Norma is no longer owned by the Swiss, Beretta owns them now.
    Beretta also acquired Ruag Ammunition,
and is building a new plant in Georgia.

If they don't clean up their act, it isn't going to work out too well for them.

Dang, I've shot hundreds of Norma x39 out of both my PSA GF3 and my Ruger American without issue. I don't reload this round so can't check specs otherwise. Do you know the lot number of your batch?

This twisted tale of Norma's decline is getting better.

OK, as I understand it, Norma iss owned by Ruag Ammotec, not sure when Ruag acquired them.
    Then Beretta bought Ruag.
Just happens that Ruag also owns another ammo brand by the name of GECO, who is also selling ammo in nearly an identical box as what the Norma comes in.

All of this crap is manufactured in Hungary.

Oh, how the mighty have fallen.
The Norma of old is gone, any of their ammo, no matter what caliber, that comes in these red and black boxes is suspect to the same failing quality control, as these people just don't care.

I would like to hit the broad side of a barn door.

I find a lot of AK's are more capable then the shooter. Especially semi-auto. .5 to 2 moa is common, and I have a Saiga that shoots sub moa. Thats just left over shit talking from the cold war.

Besides, would an AK function with ammo that is that far out of spec.?

    Probably
