I have a small cast iron skillet and turn the heat on very low. I coat it with butter then bust an egg into it. Then sprinkle some pre-browned sausage into the egg.
While the egg cooks (2-4 minutes) I place bread in the toaster but don't push the button yet.
when the bottom side of the egg is done I flip the egg/sausage, then place a slice of cheese on it (I prefer smoke guoda, but anything will work). When I flip the egg I push the toaster button down.
About the time the toast pops up I put mayo on it, then the egg is ready.
its pretty easy to do, and is tasty.
I generally brown a full pound of sausage, let it cool then place in the fridge for use as noted above.
I am having leftover venison stirfry tonight. Its ground venison browned in olive oil, then I add a large fresh veggie stir fry package to the meat and cook. I like the veggies to be a little firm. I also add a pack of terriyaki sauce to it.
