Gotta move near Ft Worth. Need advice.

I don't think you understood my concept lol. That circle could put you nearly to Decatur. I'm confident my hood would meet your requirements and expectations and I'm within 30 miles of downtown Ft Worth. I also live in Wise county.

I regularly drive past downtown on my way to being further south by 6:45

If you're leaving early then the distance it takes to get downtown in 30min gets much larger.

I can get to downtown FW from Keller in <20min if I'm on the road before 6:30. If I waited until 6:45 probably around 40 min, and if I wait until 7 to leave it can 45min to an hour.

I used to have some private equity clients downtown. Luckily I don't have to go down there these days.

Thanks for the info, Mexican_Hippie. I'll be looking at some properties around the Keller area today. I think we've narrowed it down to one that's in a neighborhood that's not too far away from Central High on Kroger Drive.
