Unfortunately the bad weather on Friday caused my wife to move our plans around a bit and I wasn't able to work in a stop at the show.

Surprisingly busy.

Found a nice Imbel FN FAL in factory configuration. No idea why I needed one, but it just hopped right on up in the back seat of the truck and so I took it home. Plenty of food stored in 20mm ammo cans, oddly enough.

Someone feel free to correct me if I'm wrong. If you don't feel secure leaving it in your vehicle because of the possibility of theft (a real possibility at this venue), unload your firearm safely in your vehicle, and bring it to the door unloaded. Your firearm will be tied by the front door folks to make it inoperable, via a zip tie. You can walk around with it open carry style in the venue, inoperable.

Yep, and you cannot have any ammo for the firearm on you when you bring it into the SA Event Center...

Saturday was packed full of people...who were actually spending their money. The running gag was that tax refunds must have come in early. Sunday was a bust.

We know it wasn't "EBT refill day" since no one was buying Hi-Points in garish colors
