In Texas is a local chief of police someone who can sign? Or does it have to be a sheriff?
So would the police chief of West U, Bellaire, Hedwig Village, South Houston, etc be a valid signature if someone lived in that jurisdiction?

Would you pay $600? $800?I'd call Sean for the trust. I wouldn't shave $230 on the off chance the generic cheap trust would keep me out of jail

You really think the trust that Silencer Shop provides to their customers is something that could shrink their consumer demographic by risking them being put in jail?
That's the way I see it, thus why I am considering a cheap multi-caliber can so I don't have to completely break the bank to get one in my hands. So if I understand correctly....this could spell the end of using a trust to purchase NFA items....and existing trusts will not be grandfathered which would effectively make them obsolete.
So rushing to establish a trust is a bad idea if I do not have the funds to immediately get papers started on said NFA items.......right?
Also....could I establish a trust, pay for a few tax stamps and then use those a few months or even years down the road to purchase a suppressor or 7?
Pm sentFor not much more I had someone else do my trust (an attorney) but had it customized a bit to meet my specific needs. Out of deference to Sean, I won't post where I got mine but I'm willing to discuss it (and the changes I requested) in PM.
I'd definitely recommend an attorney-driven trust, if only because of the ramifications of a poorly executed one. I have no qualms recommending Sean, either, even though I didn't use him because he's active here and answers general questions.
