    Is that the troy PDW stock? I am currently beating around a Maxim Defense one on my super shorty 556. Pretty happy with it, there are a couple 2 or 3 of the same basic idea that all have a very different feature set.

    Added a pic of the super shorty 556 with the Maxim Defense for reference. I know I have uploaded it somewhere here before. I ended up with this one because it ises a modified JP silent captured spring and uses a factory bolt.

    It's the XPDW by Armaspec. We're using them on a bunch of stuff we're building for LAPD SWAT right now. We met Armaspec through a mutual friend at Shot earlier this year and love their products. As a rule I don't allow Troy products in the building (Steve and I are NOT friends).

    Very nice! I have run JP springs in most of my builds and have loved them but have recently started switching over to the Armaspec captured Spring. It's a 2 stage captured spring that gives a, for lack of a better term, more refined feel to your felt recoil while of course removing the ba-doing twang noise.

    Little bit LOL. Keeps us on our toes. A couple of years ago I built the first 300 Blk authorized for duty use in the state of CA and now they're addicted to it. We build a lot of stuff for other LE agencies around the US but LAPD and LA county are by far our biggest LE clients.
