It does feel out of season for it. I've always thought it was a hot weather and a cold beer food. Never noticed that before. I don't eat brisket unless it's hot out.

How do you like it? I have been looking for a new one. Does this one show IT and the grill temp?
Yup. The only thing I've done is replace the probes with longer cables.
