Not really B.S.. If a baker can refuse gay customers. The credit card company can refuse to do firearm credit purchases.
Intuit is headquartered in Mountain Veiw, California. They also produce tax software like TurboTax and QuickBooks.
Don't use their services. Pay in cash. Problem solved.
Did the CC company cite a religious reason for refusing gun transactions? Of course they didn't. Trying to say that it is the same as the baker refusing to make a queer wedding cake is ridiculous.
.
wire transfers... put the cash in your bank account and wire it over. or put it in your bank and then use your debit card.Yeah because it's so easy to send cash over the internet.
Making a private company provide something against their will is Marxist. That's not how Capitalism works. Religion or not. They have a right of choice. Take away their choice and you lose yours.
However:
Intuit has been criticized for changing some of its formats from free to licensed versions, and for lobbying the federal and state governments against providing free services that would compete with Intuit's own.
More info at the wiki link on page 1 of this thread. Inuit isn't the "yay free market" good guy here.

That's fine if they are upfront about it. In this case they charged back for merchandise that was already sent to customers. Not only are the businesses out that money, but they now have to pay to change systems due to Intuit no longer accepting their business. Not really B.S.. ...The credit card company can refuse to do firearm credit purchases.
Using the “religious “ objection rationale is a slippery slope; religious views are in the eye (or mind) of the beholder. I am sure they could cite the Bible or other religious text to back up their objection. Freedom is freedom.
