Sleep issues. Try some CBD tincture.

At our house we retire at 1930. The feather child demands it. We read in bed till about 2130 and then go to sleep. We get up around 0700-0730 when the feather child tells us to get up.

I spent 20 years getting up at 0400-0430. The last 10 years my wife was working she went to work at 2200.

It's nice we now have a "normal" sleep schedule.

Usually go to bed around 12-1am......sleep to 8 am daily. Spent my career getting up at 4am.....don't want to do that anymore....my friends talk about waking early, getting up multiple times at night......at 61 guess i'm lucky...hope it holds...
You are too young to be in this thread. Go find your own kind!
    Same thing for Cam.

feather child? You've got a pet chicken? You aren't Tom Smothers are you?
I'm out by 11pm & up by 7am. One nap (while watching yesterday's Maverick) mid-afternoon; 12 years older than Cam. Life is good.

Not a chicken. He's white and has feathers. He's got around a 35 word vocabulary right now. He's my little boy.

    I'm almost 62.
My beard is get, my hair isn't.
Women day I act like a child.
My brain still thinks I'm 17. My body says my brain is stupid.
My heart and hands say I can do anything I used to do. The rest of my body says yeah, but it hurts worse and takes longer to get over doing it.

Scew this "golden years" crap. I want the years back when everything was in the same damn time zone.

Just be patient. It'll get better as you get older.

Not good as I once was, but good once as good as I ever was...

Hit the bunk about 11, wake up every morn at 0400 and since our office is in our bedroom I just watch TV, till about 6 then get up, fix coffee, get on the computer...Wife gets up about 0730.

All this rain we are having is slowing me down big time on the place, no chainsaw or mowing time. Not sure how much rain night before last, but both of my 6 in rain gages were full and the pond had about 4 ft in it. Raining out there now...

Listening to music one day, and you realize the song you are enjoying was released 50 years ago...
What's worse is listening to music and remembering that it used to be one of your son's favorite songs when it came out, and then some punk tells you that his parents listen to old music like that.
