    Yep.
Shared the story of this thread at work today when someone mentioned nap time.
    Got some chuckles.
But for real - struggling to get dinner made for the rib and kid2.
A glass and a half of wine into the project - thank goodness for HEB packaged to go prepare at home food.
At this point 3:30 is gonna come real fast...

Beginning to understand the struggle - we just moved from Aggieland to San Antonio - brought Ms17 and left Ms20. Supposed to love your kids equally, but.... just saying

Been truly away from kid1 for 2 weeks. Can’t wait to see her.
Thinking maybe this is a start for a different thread ... the “Tearing up about stuff” thread.

I'm actually probably going to buy some of those reusable underwear as shown on tv. Haven't done it in awhile, but I used to fish in a tube float in the winter time ,and had to wear waders. I wind up a long way from shore at times, and I just don't go all day without taking a leak nowadays, so.....

I was 24 when I was 43, ( physically and mentally ). The Cancer treatment turned me into 80. I recovered to join the rest of the population to act and feel a bit more my age.

Recent health issues have pushed me past my years again , I'm a 98 yr old 130 lb.weakling. I don't know how far I can bounce back .

Excepting this^^^^ crap, I'd be bouncing off the walls young at 61.

I can't speak for others, but you had better not rely on mine jamming.

Never had a 1911 jam (other than a SA TRP that failed out of the box).

But almost every trip to the range I see some new high tech plastic fantastic jamming. Funny how the tupperware fans never mention their jams.

That is because I have 4 "tupperware" pistols and not one of them has ever jammed.
    Confessions.....

Im 58. Might need a touch of dental work but thats it. 6ft 220. Meeeybee Im lucky so far. I have to admit yall make me feel like youngblood.

Always enjoyed guns but just got heavy into them a few years ago. Me and the boys both and mamma too for that matter. Most of what I have is the new plastic. Mostly S&W, not sayin it never jammed, but thats not allowed anymore. After those first few, then its on you. Like Austin, mine run like sewin machines.
