NO, because he carries more than 1 mag and not afraid to pull the trigger more than once...Why? Cause he's busy unjamming it?

Have you ever shot a 1911? You seem to think it's pretty complicated.Second mag for when you drop the first while trying to take off the safety.
I'm sure any gun will jam under the right conditions.
Even revolvers can jam under the right conditions, it was a blanket statement.Yeah, those damn revolvers are SO fickle .
Another young pup.At 55 I............
Another young pup.
Dad died when he was 36, mom at 58. It was a sad moment when I had realized I had outlived them both. With only a few relatives older then me still alive, mortality pretty much sinks in.My grandfather and father both died at 68. When I went past that I celebrated.
My grandpa told me, "you are only as old as you think you are."
I saw him at age 72 lift a 55 drum filled with crushed aluminum cans. Dude was strong as can be. My mom called him the world's oldest teenager. He was full of bull and always tried to crack people up.
Over the last 5 years I've had 3 close friends die. Its tough seeing your buddies go. They were all under 60. Lost my 84 year old father in law last year to a multitude of issues.
So I went on a new journey that started two years ago. Quit drinking sodas. Cut my portions back significantly. Rarely drink beer anymore, maybe 6 this whole year. Switched to scotch and tequila. Went on a gluten free diet earlier this year. And I drink more water than I have in my life. I also drink this stuff called Greens on the Go that one of my kids got me. 12 servings of greens, probiotics (I poop like a banshee) in each serving, and it has an effect of getting my body in correct PH. I am a canivore, and that can cause your body to get acidic, which can cause organs not to work properly. The Greens stuff counteracts that.
At 55 I feel better than I have in more than 20 years. I am also under 250 lbs for the first time in about the same time frame. I don't take any meds, but take several vitamins a couple times a day. My knees and ankles don't hurt as much, and I sleep better than I have in many years.
One day I decided I wanted to see my grandkids grow up. My dad died at 69, my bother at 47, both of heart attacks. I thought it was best for me to start my health journey before I had some major issues that forced me to do it.
I'm still too fat, and I need more exercise, but I am slowing getting to where I want to be via lifestyle changes, versus some fad diet that I won't be able to stick to.
