Funny thing is, I've never been an OC zealot, (finding their past OCT dumb-ass tactics detestable) but, then find obvious phoney's who bring up their anti-gun attitudes make me defend feel like defending OCers...weird.

Except, when I'm at a gas station filling up, I'm a CCer, but if I 'want' to OC, I by damn will, without some anti trying to sway me to do their anti-gun bidding...assholes.

As an aside, I've seen only one person I thought was OCing since the law. Frankly this is substantial ly less than when I get was a kid, and lots of people did in the country (and everyone had shotgun racks).

Fwiw, the JACKASSES of OCT nearly caused the owner of the coffee joint, that I routinely frequent, to PROHIBIT guns on his premises altogether. = Not my favorite people.

It predates Mattis by decades. I have no idea of the origin, but I first heard it in the 70s as a Boy Scout, as an off shoot to the "Be Prepared" Motto. All about situation awareness and thinking outside the box.

So as a boy scout, some troop leader told you to have a plan to kill everyone you meet? Gee, I missed out since I left after being a weebelow or whatever it was. My mom was the den mother, maybe that is what drove me out of the organization.
