You really should check out the link I gave. It's about half the price. If you qualify for the discount program it's about 1/4th the price.

I find it kind of disturbing they don't tell you the strength of their pet products.

I will. I created an account login and sent them a photo of my VA card.

Prices make me wonder. How are they so cheap? Is it quality product?

I am glad it’s made in the US. I will research further. I need to use the THC Free product for now as I cannot chance pissing hot on a random drug test. I hear it’s low risk but I need no risk as I’m 5 years from retirement.

    It's a quality product.

I know the father of one of the guys who is involved. Their grandfather was a MIA in WWII. They really want to serve those who need their product. They also have a real sense of service to the community.

They are still making money even at the discounted price.

They were ecstatic when the law changed and they could ship via USPS. It saved them a ton of money on shipping.

I'm on a opioid contract with the VA. I get tested every two months. It doesn't, and hasn't shown up in my tests.

To be clear, the “3000 mg” is the volume of the product/bottle size, not the concentration/strength of the active ingredients. Correct?

The real problem is they think it's hash oil when it is really CBD. Once they have a good way to distinguish it from Marijuana at least until they legalize it also. I will use it as I am in tremendous pain.

    MM,

I am really not trying to get into your business, and if you don’t want to respond, I totally understand, but I tried to Google “opioid contract VA” and didn’t get an answer that made sense.

If you don’t mind, what is an “opioid contract”?

You could also PM me. I promise not to share. Thanks,

    AKA pain contract.

You're agreeing to only get opioids from the VA, take them as directed, and not use street drugs.

Be careful as using CBD oil could be grounds to having your gun rights messed with

Yes...I keep going back and forth with this. Still not sure if I’ll take it. State legislature needs to codify the rules, as news stories suggest cities do whatever they want.

    Thanks. Never heard of that.

    Thanks. Never heard of that.

It's something most any pain doctor is going to need now days. I have to sign one every year. It also makes it so you have to do piss tests every three months. They check to make sure that you have the correct amount of opioids in your piss and test for street drugs. I've been taking the CBD oil for a year and it's never shown up.

CBD oil with less than 0.3% THC is legal on both the Federal and State level. Your chances of losing gun rights over it are the same as taking aspirin.

The problem is with the local municipalities. Some police departments are still raiding smoke shops and there is a lot of confusion.

The issue seems to be that the “THC field test” that many police departments use determines if THC is present or not, and not the concentration level, so their stance is that any amount of THC is grounds for possible confiscation and/or arrest.

Even if a person eventually is found innocent, the hassle is real.

Growing pains...which I’m sure will go away once Big Pharma buys enough control of the industry to make the politicians they own change the laws...
